AARONE DEN PATAYAN

Automations that hold up when it counts — because I break them first.

I set up systems that follow up with your leads, chase failed payments, and keep customers in the loop. Then I try hard to break them before you ever use them.

New enquiries reach the right person in under a minute. Failed card payments get chased before you lose the customer. Follow-up emails go out on schedule. I test every build with bad form entries, apps that are down, and the odd cases that usually slip through, so problems land on my desk first.

ABOUT

How I Work

I’m Aarone Den Patayan, a Marketing & AI Automation Specialist. Most of a project’s value gets lost between the plan and the build, so testing and clear instructions are part of the job.

Plan It

I turn your marketing plan into a clear, step-by-step build plan.

Build It

I connect it to the tools your team already uses: your customer database, email, calendar, and chat.

Test It, Then Hand It Over

I break it on purpose before launch, then give your team simple instructions they can follow from day one.

FEATURED CASE STUDY

Laneframe: One Job, Built Four Ways

I built the same lead-handling system on four popular automation tools for a realistic sample business (not a real client), then tested each one the same way. You can see what each tool does well and where it struggles.

Active buildn8n, Make, and Zapier builds complete. GoHighLevel has one build complete and more in progress.

How I count: every number here was measured in a real test or comes with the formula that produced it. If I didn’t measure something, I say so.

n8n

Complete

Three systems: one that sorts new leads and books demos, one that chases failed subscription payments, and an AI helper that answers questions from your help docs. I broke each one the same way and checked it live, not from a screenshot.

View full build →

Make

Complete

The same three jobs on Make: capturing leads without duplicates, chasing failed payments, and an AI helper whose replies a person approves before they go out. Testing turned up a real problem (messages piling up while the system was switched off) and I found and fixed it.

View full build →

Zapier

Complete

Three systems: lead sorting from a web form, lead sorting from email, and an AI support helper. On Zapier, the AI helper was more likely than the n8n version to answer questions it should have passed to a person. I measured that.

GoHighLevel

In Progress

The demo-booking workflows are built and checked. The finished build on the page is an AI helper that qualifies leads by email, with hard limits on what it is allowed to do. I tested it by switching the AI off and by trying to make it book too early.

Additional Case Studies

A closer look at two recent builds, with more on the way.

01

AI Customer-Service Assistant That Checks With a Person First

An AI assistant that answers only from your own help documents and says “I don’t know, let me get someone” when it isn’t sure. A person approves every reply before a customer sees it. I tested it with 12 tricky questions, some designed to tempt it into a confident wrong answer.

AI-Written Marketing Automation Plans

A five-step AI process that writes a complete GoHighLevel marketing plan for a business, with consistent labels every time and the client’s own brand colours.

PROOF

What I’ve actually measured

No client testimonials yet. Here’s what I’ve verified instead.

12/12

Trick questions handled correctly

My latest AI assistant was asked questions it could answer, questions it couldn’t, and near-misses designed to catch it out. It got all 12 right.

4

Tools compared side by side

The same lead-handling system, built separately on n8n, Make, Zapier, and GoHighLevel and tested the same way. Three are finished; GoHighLevel is in progress.

0

Invented numbers

Every stat on this site was measured during a real build or comes from a named formula. Anything I didn’t measure is marked unmeasured.

Fix My Bottleneck

PROCESS

How I Test Before I Trust

The delivery process, from scoping to launch, built around finding what breaks before a customer does.

1

List everything that could go wrong

Before I build anything, I list what could break it: half-filled forms, the same form sent twice, apps that go down. These are the cases a perfect demo never shows.

2

Test with messy, real-world data

Before a build counts as done, I feed it what it will see once it’s live: bad data, messages that arrive twice or out of order, other apps having a bad day.

3

A person approves anything involving money or customers

Anything that touches money, messages a real customer, or can't easily be undone gets a review step before it runs. Automation should take over the busywork and leave the judgment calls to a person.

4

Make sure it gives the same result every time

Automations run at all hours and get hit with repeats and duplicates, so they have to give the same result each time. I re-run each build under those conditions and check where it slips.

5

Write down the limits

Every build ships with a plain account of what it can and can't do yet.
